Siobhán has worked in the non-profit and public sectors in London for the last 20 years.

Over the last decade Siobhan has developed and delivered the equality, diversity and inclusion priorities for the Mayor of London and key front-line public sector organisations in London within the Mayor’s remit. During her time in City Hall she primarily advised on gender equality, childcare policy and workplace diversity and inclusion and has gained extensive experience in delivering policies and programmes for change.

As chair of Unison union in City Hall and founder of the EU Staff Network – established to advocate for the rights of EU staff during Brexit – Siobhán is deeply committed to making the workplace work for all.

Siobhán was a board trustee at Coram Family & Childcare charity prior to relocating back to Dublin with her family and is currently an advisor to, the global learning platform for government.

Siobhán holds a Batchelors degree in Social Science (International) from UCD and a Masters in Ethnic and Racial Studies, from Trinity College.
