Sustainable Inclusion: Employee Resource Groups and Networks (ERGs)
Building a sustainable culture of inclusion requires engagement at all levels of an organisation. Employee Resource Groups and Networks can be a powerful way for employees to become truly involved in the D&I journey, giving them a voice to lead on change and transformation in a way that is very meaningful. In this session, Nestlé will present an overview of how they have built a number of inclusive employee networks that have grown significantly over the past number of years. They will discuss how colleagues have the opportunity to become members or ally’s and how these ERGs are contributing to the overall culture of inclusion.
