The virtual conference will take place on Thursday 15th April and will be split across one day, with thought leadership on D&I topics from keynote speakers in the morning and facilitated practitioner sessions in the afternoon.

Building a sustainable culture of inclusion requires engagement at all levels of an organisation. Employee Resource Groups and Networks can be a powerful way for employees to become truly involved in the D&I journey, giving them a voice to lead on change and transformation in a way that is very meaningful.
