Dismantling racial inequality  in the Workplace

In this session, Bank of Ireland will discuss the approach they are taking to ensure the effects of racism, bias and racial inequality are dismantled.  In addition to the establishment of the Multicultural Network a number of years ago, they have been involved in the development of the DCU Centre of Excellence Race Equality Guide for Hiring, which provides guidance on the measures required to provide a fair and equal process for all candidates.
