Attracting Diverse Talent to the Public Service 

In this session, the Public Appointments Service will highlight and discuss examples of progressive and innovative approaches, in the Irish public service and internationally, to attracting and recruiting diverse talent. The session looks at how inclusive recruitment practices and strategies can help to build more diverse workplaces examining trends, barriers, opportunities and good practice in attracting a workforce that reflects the communities the public sector serves.
